Led a $45K end-to-end production over two shoot days across studio and location for icebreaker’s first city-focused capsule range. I managed a crew of 8, coordinated casting, props, locations, permits, and managed post-production workflow to deliver assets on time and within budget. Assets were rolled out across e-commerce, digital/website and POS.
