Annual seasonal campaigns

Led in-house production across annual seasonal campaigns in Aotearoa, New Zealand, delivering large-scale photography and video assets for global use. Managed productions with budgets up to $150K across multi-day shoots in remote and technically challenging locations. I managed crews of 12–15, coordinated casting, talent logistics, travel, accommodation, and transport, and developed detailed production schedules and call sheets to ensure smooth execution. Managed post-production workflow and delivery for Northern and Southern Hemisphere seasonal launches and used across digital, in-store, print, and sales channels.
